For this vegetable egg fried rice recipe below, you need three simple ingredients: Your favorite 1Eatz Egg Kit, two eggs and 1 cup pre-cooked rice. Prepare scrambled eggs with the Egg Kit. Give the rice a quick stir-fry and mix in the eggs. Talk about quick and delicious!
1Eatz Egg Kit - Qty 1
Water - 2 Tbsp.
Eggs - Qty 2
Pre-cooked White or Brown Rice - 1 Cup
Cooking oil - 1 Tbsp.
Optional: Salt or Soy Sauce - To taste
Empty the contents of the Egg Kit into a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of water. Make sure to evenly mix the contents so that there are no clumps.
Add 2 eggs and mix well.
Let the egg mix sit for about a minute.
Add 1 tbsp. of oil to a skillet and place over medium heat.
Add the prepared egg mix and slowly stir until eggs start to scramble.
Add pre-cooked rice to the skillet and stir with the eggs.
Continue until eggs are cooked thoroughly and mixed evenly with the rice.
Add salt or drizzle soy sauce now if using. Mix evenly and remove from heat.
